Born and raised in Toronto, Carol Finley has seen the largest city in Canada expand culturally, by population and most importantly in real estate development. Carol's extensive knowledge and experience in real estate space makes her the go-to expert throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Whether you are a first time home buyer, new to Canada resident or looking to maximize your real estate portfolio, clients from all around the world work with Ms. Finley because she has the tenacity for finding the perfect home and knows the Pre-Construction, Assignments and Resale sectors better than anyone else.

Having a keen eye for design and aesthetic has proven useful with Carol's buyers and sellers. Several of Finley's personal properties have been photographed, video taped and used for website and promotional purposes by the builders on a global marketing scale. And previously she has built her own custom home on vacant land therefore understands the process of constructing and designing a home from A permitting/ sub-contracting to Z final de'cor.

Most recently, Carol received her Internationlal Property Specialist designation and has built a global community of top performing agents from all over the world and Carol is at the core, connecting, referring and marketing. Working local and thinking global.

Carol resides in Toronto with her Australian Labradoodle, Henry. She is also a Mom to two adult children and when she's not showing a home she is proud to give back and volunteered for 5 years as a Team Leader for Victim Services. She graduated from Ryerson University in Radio and Television.
